SHORT PROJECT DESCRIPTION
With 10 to 12 million members, the Roma are the biggest ethnic minority in Europe. A relevant reason for their permanent discrimination is their low education level. Therefore, the disadvantages are particularly obvious in the education sector. After the project, Roma older than 35 years will be provided with tools for their new professional orientation, career planning and the raising of their employability due to the methods and procedures of the French Model of Competence Balance.
